We are a group of University of Calgary students looking to promote the resourceful art of small farming. We have created a platform that provides access to an online community and serves as a tool to create a personalized farming experience.

How might we customize big data to specific farmer needs?
We believe in saving the planet, in healthy living, in community and cooperation. Our mission is to give farmers access to an affordable digital tool that uses big data to create personalized farming programs.

"Farming is such a complex kind of endeavor,  because you’re a soil scientist, you’re a plant botanist, you’re a disease specialist, you’re a marketer, you’re an accountant, you’re CEO, you’re staff manager. You’re doing all of those things because  you’re the entrepreneur. So, if there was funding in place, or if there was more access to capital, you know, I could potentially throw off , 3 or 4 of those hats that I wear, knowing that they were taken care of by this other kind of entity.
